Bring your dog with you so we can meet him or her. Bring your vet records with you or have your vet fax them prior to your visit. Complete a registration form. You can download one or stop by and pick one up.
• We take dogs over four months of age or when puppies have had two rounds of puppy shots
• All dogs must have current vaccinations.
Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (the city of New York requires Bordetella every six months).
Note that Bordetella will not automatically be given by your vet.
• All dogs must wear flea protection in the form of a topical during flea season.
• Additional information on registration form and liability waiver. Payment is required in full before your pet leaves Cheeky Dog. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We can keep your credit card on file and can apply charges as incurred if you prefer.

• All dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered. Unspayed females will be taken on a case by case basis. No females in heat.
• All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Please remember your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern. We reserve the right to refuse or to reject at any time, any dog who will be a safety hazard to the other dogs in our care or who we feel will not safely integrate with the rest of the dogs.
